Roland GX-24 and GS-24 vinyl cutters

Setup the vinyl cutter to accept pen force commands

By default the Roland vinyl cutters ignore FS commands. But there is a combination of keys that enable pen force

1. Keep MENU/PARAM and cursor LEFT, RIGHT keys pressed and turn power on.
2. Select !FScmd by dial.
3. Select Parameter field by MENU/PARAM key.
4. Select ON by dial.
5. Push ENTER key.
6. Turn power off.
