How to update for a new cycle

1. Update site_name in mkdocs.yml.
2. Copy the class archive folder for the new cycle.
   • ie. copy docs/classes/2020-21/ to docs/classes/2021-22.
3. Update home page (docs/index.md) with new link to new cycle classes/YYYY-YY.md.
4. Update the class dates:
   • The class list page docs/classes/YYYY-YY/index.md
   • Each class page (ie. docs/classes/YYYY-YY/week01.md)
5. Create new class video links block with "coming" soon placeholder. Move previous year next to other previous links.
6. Update the redirects in mkdocs.yml to point to new YYYY-YY folder (as above).
