+I filmed and photographed each piece in the [Theatrum Anatomicum](https://waag.org/en/project/theatrum-anatomicum/) located in our beloved Amsterdam lab. Behind you can see Rembrandt's painting [The Anatomy Lesson of Dr. Nicolaes Tulp](https://smarthistory.org/rembrandt-anatomy-lesson-of-dr-tulp/) created in 1632 which was originally created for this room. Only afterwards did I realise how much I was inspired by it.

+Upon reflection, I realised that the result of this project was less of an accurate representation of a generic human body, but more, a **self portrait**. Completely unintentional, but capturing a bit of myself and my surroundings at this moment of time.
