Update mkdocs logo

Julian (sysadmin) requested to merge change-favicon into master

Hi @isabella.schuh

This is a merge request, which is like a suggested change. I though to just help you show how you could add your own custom logo.

What I did:

  1. Upload the SVG icon from the material site
  2. Change mkdocs.yml config to use that new icon

Click on the green Merge button to commit the change to master.
