Removed custom default theme favoring upstream default theme 


The theme was “ejected” and customised, however now with VuePress update, trying to use theme from VuePress package, meaning we’ll get more updates to theme, but need to modify some pages slightly to fit theme features. New Footer component to standardise, and moved out Home pages parts to theme provided blocks for hero part.
