Evaluations Cutoff Dates
FINAL PRESENTATION DATES
June 7th, 9th, 12th & 14th: Final Project Presentations
- This means you must have a viable working Final Projects, documented; a video and a slide, and presented to Neil & your peers
- Your Instructor will evaluate your readiness status some weeks before, and register you for the Evaluation Session on May 24th.

Based on your readiness, we will send you the Free-Pass code to start the registry for the conference on May 29th.

Students aiming to travel to Bhutan should register in the first Final Presentation Session to have time to process their visas
GLOBAL EVALUATION DATES
June 21st: local evaluation to global evaluation deadline
- Students must have all assignments documented and ready
- Instructors should have revised and marked all assignments as complete
- Last chance to request for Global Evaluation
June 28th: global evaluation to Students deadline
- Global evaluators review, back, and forward with Students, final details
July 5th: final deadline for the Global Eval cycle
- Global Evaluators make the final decision: Graduate or Next Cycle (which means students still can finish between Sept-Nov 2022)
July 10th: Publication of Graduates list
July 23-28: Fab23 Bhutan - Conference
Graduation Ceremony on July 24th
During Global Evaluation, expert instructors other than your instructors will review your work based on what you have documented on your sites, and make sure your documentation meets the Assessment Standards to grant you the Fab Academy Diploma.
CONTINUING EVALUATION DATES
Sept 1º to December 1º: Closing Continuing Evaluation
- November 15th: Students Students must have all assignments documented and ready, and cleared 100% on Nueval by their local Instructors
- December 1: Global Evaluators make the final decision: Graduate or Next Cycle
FINAL PRESENTATION If students missed the June Finals, they will be able to present on January 24th 2024. To graduate, students must have both Global and Local Evaluations finished by this day, following the cutoffs mentioned before.
