+- Logistic / materials : what can we have quickly? **Strong** constraints. A4 paper, domestic rubber.

+- Parallel dev : [laser production](img/first_laser.jpeg) (x10 production), more expensive (~3€/p instead vs 0.4€/p). Slower to settle but huge gain in time. Thingiverse model first + 3D print 2D piece for future laser production.
+- Sun morning : 3 prototypes to CHU Saint Pierre. Two validated.
+- Productions launched : 3D print + lasercut.
+- Target reached < 1 week.
