- Please clarify which license are you using for Software and which one for documentation. MIT license can be used for documentation, but it is not usually the case. In general, all media and documentation are licensed under creative commons. If you wanna use MIT also for media and documentation please, clarify. Summarizing, please clarify:
- Which license are you using for software
- Which license are you using for design files
- Which license are you using for the documentation (the website)
- You say:
Because I wanted to explore the possibility of further developing it into a commercial product, I decided not to approve it for the time being. I will try to gather more information after the project deadline and make a decision.
- Do you mean that you are keeping the copyright and not using the MIT license
- Add the license you are using for your documentation in your site (e.g. in the footer)
- You mention at some point that you are considering making a commercial product. Describe a little bit how would you exploit your idea: licensing the product, building it yoruself... Try to sketch which is hte market niche that you see and how would you would like to finance yourself (loan, crowdsourcing, investor ...)
