Interesting surprises about the file format :D
- As you know, different software understand different formats. BERNINA software accepts both bitmap and vector Graphics. However, with bitmap graphics, you might end having a blurry result due to the low resolution compared to the vector graphics. (Check more info from here: Bernina Blog)
- AND probably you had to switch from 'Embroidery Canvas' to 'Artwork Canvas' in order to be able to import .svg file. (Watch this video). If yet importing .SVG is not possible, you can try to save your .SVG to .EMF in Inkscape and then import .EMF through the Artwork Canvas to the software (check this quick tutorial).
- Some guideline on BERNINA DesignWorks (.SVG is supported here): Check from here
- Now that you know you were not wrong and working with vector graphic is possible in BERNINA software, you can add these info to your documentation :)

Your image captions are grey and not visible on the black background; Maybe it is a good idea to change the caption colors to white or very light gray.
-
Matching thread color for bobbin and thread in needle might matter in some situations: Example; When the design has narrow satin stitches or triple straight stitches (Check here).

Upload .exp file again. It does not work.
