- Could you provide more examples: how many buttons, which buttons types? what functinolity those buttons can activate? What can you control with this?

- Could you describe a little bit a few of the DIY models? What have they done that you would like to replicate?

Also have to take into account how the box could be mounted on either 40x40 extrusion aluminium profile or directly at the wheel base.
Why it needs to fit in the aluminium profile? Which wheel base do you mean? Perhaps you need to describe better your ideas in the "What will it do" question.
- Includes the electronics boards that you are using (they also need to be designed)
What materials and components will be used?
- Describe why do you need the different USB. Is that PLA for the case? Which technology are you going to use? Only 3D printing or are you planning molding and casting?
- You should cut something with the vinyl cutter or laser cutter (unless you use molding and casting). So I guess you would need either acrylic or vynil. If you do molding and casting indicate what materials are you gonna need.
- You need to be more precise in the list of components. TAke into account that you are going to use this information for later build the BOM.
Where will they come from?
- Which parts from Fab Lab and which parts from local supplier?
How much will it cost?
- Cost (euro) is per unit or total. Please, try to include the estimate the cost of the board based on the expected volume of your case.
- Add other electronics stimated price (resistors ...)
What parts and systems will be made?
- Describe the architecture of your system. How many boards are you having? How are they connected? Which is the functionality of each board?
- Sketch a diagram of your device connected to external device.
What processes will be used?
- You are missing 2D / 3D design.
What questions need to be answered?
OK. I would add another one: is there any protocol or standard that allows to map keys and functinoalities?
How will it be evaluated?
- How are you going to check that it means the requirements? Would be interesting that you present a picture of the wheel based and 40x30 extrusion aluminium profile.
