About me

Hi! I'm Mitalee Parikh. I'm an architect by training and anti-disciplinary designer by practice. I'm current studying the Master in Design for Emergent Futures (MDEF) programme organised by the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia and ELISAVA Barcelona School of Design and Engineering, in collaboration with the Fab Academy. This website is a compilation of my FabAcademy work.

I'm from Ahmedabad, India. I studied Architecture at CEPT University. And I've worked in various projects as a designer, in various roles and capacities for some years.

I helped set up FabLab Bombay, when I worked as a design consultant at the Design and Innovation Centre, in Godrej Mfg. Co. in Mumbai, India.

I'm curious about everything, and want to learn a lot of things about a lot of things. I have some experience in digital fabrication, electronics, programming and I hope to learn a lot more about more processes, tools, techniques in this FabAcademy.
