Reflection
-
Described what you learned by testing the 3D printers (Identified the advantages and limitations of 3D printing) -
Outlined problems that you faced in 3D scanning and how you fixed them (Identified the advantages and limitations of 3D scanning)
Please Clarify the Following for Group Work:
- You need to document the design rules for the tested 3D printers.
- You need to describe what you learned by testing the 3D printers (the advantages and limitations of 3D printing)
Please Clarify the Following for 3D Printing:
- You need to clearly explain why your object cannot be made subtractively.
- Include .f3d and .stl files of your 3D design (particle)
Please Clarify the Following for 3D Scanning:
- Explain how you scanned by SCANN3D app.
- Include the scan file (if the native file is too big, import it to Fusion360, reduce the size and then export as .stl and then include .stl file in your page).
- How to reduce the size utilizing Fusion 360:
- Open the file > Model > Mesh Environment > Body > Modify > Reduce > Reduce Type: Adaptive > Reduce Target: Density > Density: (Change the value)
- Outline problems that you faced in 3D scanning and how you fixed them (the advantages and limitations of 3D scanning)
