I've added a better tutorial to setup the newer MODS

This tutorial contains all the information to get MODS functioning from scratch like installing node and dependencies to interfacing with machines. Which I learned while setting up machines in my lab.

Currently, I've added this to the bonus folder, but I feel this fits somewhere before week one and should have its own folder. This new folder might contain more tutorials on how to setup machines and experiment more with mods.
