Missing emails from nueval if multiple local instructors

If a student gets reviews for different assignments from different local instructors, then be aware that nueval will send all email notifications about that student leaving feedback in nueval for any assignment only to the instructor who initially started the local evaluation in nueval. (That instructor's name is visible on the student's nueval evaluation overview page.) We missed some student feedback this way.

A quick fix in nueval could be to send those email notifications about feedback from students to all local instructors.
