Pipeline errors for 3 days preventing documentation updates

For the past three days I have been having failed pipelines while trying to update my repo. I've tried searching on my own for several hours over the past few days and I cannot figure our how to fix the issue. I have dropped to the command line to make sure it was not a issue with my editor, and the pipelines still fail.
