Global Evaluation & Cutoffs
2021 Cycle
To graduate for FAB16:
June 21 (included): Local to Global eval cutoff > NEXT MONDAY!
- Students must have all assignments documented and ready
- Instructors should have revied and marked all assignments as complete
- Last chance to request for Global Evaluation
July 5: Global Eval to student cutoff
- Global evaluators review, back, and forward with Students, final details
July 12: Global eval to FAB16 graduation cutoff
- Global Evaluators make the final decision: Graduate or Next Cycle (which means students still can finish post-FAb16, see below)
July 20: Graduation list
- Final Graduate's list published
- Graduates receive instructions on how to participate in the Graduation
Aug 2: 5th Final Presentation (special cases)
- Students that want to graduate for FAB16 must have all assignments reviewed and complete by Local and Global Evaluators to be able to present.
- Students that won't reach the FAB16 cutoff, can present but will need to follow the continuous evaluation process (Post-FAB16 cutoff).
Aug 9-13: FAB16
- 9, 10, 12 of August: Graduation Ceremonies
Post-FAB16 cutoff for this cycle
To graduate post FAB16, but still under 2021 standards
Nov 1: local to global eval cutoff
- Students must have all assignments documented and ready
- Instructors should have revied and marked all assignments as complete
- Last chance to request for Global Evaluation
Dec 1: Global eval cutoff
- Global Evaluators make the final decision: Graduate or Next Cycle (which means students still can finish post-FAb16, see below)
Mid-Jan 2022: last 2021 Final Presentation opportunity
- Students that want to graduate within 2021 standards must have all assignments reviewed and complete by Local and Global Evaluators to be able to present and Graduate.
